Returns
Our customers have 14 days to request an exchange or refund.To be eligible for a return, your item must be delivered in the same condition as it was received. To complete your return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a maximum period of 14 days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at store.4her.online@gmail.com
Sales items
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to store.4her.online@gmail.com and send your item to: 4Client Lda, Rua Manuel José Gomes 103, 2805-193 Almada, Portugal.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for delivery to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: 4Client Lda, Rua Manuel José Gomes 103, 2805-193 Almada, Portugal. The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product to be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time for the exchanged product to arrive may vary. If you ship an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
